Ordering Prints and Gift Certificates

Prints are available for all images in the Fine Art Prints and What's New website galleries. If you would like to place an order, please send an email to our office, steve@stevewillcoxphoto.com. Please indicate the image title, catalog id number, print size, number of prints, your contact information, and your shipping address.

Gift Certificates are also available. See Gift Certificates below for more information.

For print sizes less than 16 x 24 inches, prints are made with professional quality Epson Photo printers using Epson Archival pigmented inks and Epson photographic papers which provide an archival photographic life from 70-100 years. Prints from these Epson printers provide excellent photographic quality.

For print sizes 16 x 24 inches or larger, prints are made on Fuji Crystal Archive papers which provide excellent photographic quality. This paper has an archival life of 60-70 years. Prints are made on CSI's Lightjet 5000 digital photographic printer. This is an excellent photographic printer for larger images.

Please keep in mind that photographic prints use dyes or inks, and therefore may appear markedly different from such published reproductions on this site. I attempt to match them as closely as possible to the original transparency, rather than to any published reproduction.

These prices are for the photographic print only. The matte and frame are not included. Please note that for some print sizes, the actual photographic paper size may be larger than the print size.

Prices do not include tax, shipping, and handling costs. Prints are shipped via FedEx and packaged safely in FedEx tubes.

For deliveries in Colorado add 2.9% sales tax. For Boulder County deliveries, add 4.5% sales tax. All other locations, there is NO sales tax.

Gift Certificates

I offer gift certificates for those of you that want to purchase a photograph or photographs as a gift and allow the recipient to make their choices from the photo galleries on this site.

You, the gift certificate giver, determine the print sizes and quantities of each size. The gift recipient chooses the photograph from the galleries on this site.

As the gift giver, you determine the print sizes and quantities for your gift. That information determines the gift certificate dollar amount. The shipping cost of the print will be set at the time you purchase the gift certificate and will be included in the total dollar amount of the gift certificate. The gift certificate can be sent directly to you or if you prefer, the gift certificate can be sent to your gift recipient. When recipient receives the gift certificate, they browse the photo galleries on this site and they decide which photograph or photographs they want based on the quantities stated in the gift certificate. Using the information provided on the gift certificate, they call or send me an email with their gift certificate number and I then fill their order based on the print sizes and quantities your previously purchased for them with the gift certificate. The photographs are shipped directly to the recipient.
